CHURCH SERVICES: Sunday, St John’s Bodle Street: 9.30am Family Christingle Service when we think about Christ coming as the Light of the World. Warbleton Parish Church: 11am Morning Worship with Holy Communion. St Giles, Dallington: 6.30pm Evensong.
FILM CLUB: For seasonal reasons the film club evening will be a bit earlier this month, on Friday December 21. Members can enjoy, at no extra cost a light supper and drinks, at the earlier time of 6.30pm. The film Muppet Christmas Carol will be shown at 7.30pm, and there is an invitation to residents to bring along their children to see the film, under 15s free of charge. HALL DATES: The race night, originally planned for October, is now to be held on January 19. Tickets are available from Mike on 01323 832095 or Bryan 0n 01323 833554. The Prisoner of Zenda is the performance to be put on by Chalkfoot Theatre Arts on Thursday February 14. Tickets are available from Bryan or Geoff the latter on 01323 833343.
HEALTH CENTRE: The new Herstmonceux Integrative Health Centre is being constructed, and it is hoped to have it completed by next September. Progress can be followed in a book in the present waiting room or at www.hmxihc.com.uk
