The horse in question is Kharezi, who steps into handicap company for the first time in the 1m2½f handicap at 8.00.

Trained by John McConnell, Kharezi has shown ability in three maidens, including when third at the track last month and would appear to be starting life in handicaps on a realistic mark of 69.

Bet365 went as big as 10-1 shortly before 9am but that generous offer lasted less than an hour and the  price has been in freefall ever since, with the same firm just 5-2 now.
